I got used ones

I have ordered only one pair of boots from this app before and they have been really good. But this time I got USED boots. They did not have the normal packaging that new boots would have and the sticker on the bottom of the boot was also peeled off. For the price that I paid, this is totally not worth it. They did not even give it in the original box.
No, I do not recommend this product.

The maroon color is to die for. I sized down based on reviews and couldn't believe the 5.5 fit me! I'm normally a size 6 in boots. They are fashionable and comfortable.

DISGRACEFUL SHOE WAREHOUSE!!!!

I ordered these boots on Dec. 7th and received them Dec. 8th. Great turnaround time!!! But the joy stopped there. When I opened the package, what I received was an absolute disgrace.
1. The top of the box had been cut out.
2. The rest of the box was mangled.
3. The price on the box showed a blue sticker for $99 (which showed it was a sale item). I paid a total of $77.15 for these boots....They are worth $30, at best...for what I received.
4. They were USED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why was I sent used boots?
5. The return slip was from DSW's Return Dept.....what a disgrace!!! How dare someone mail this to a paying customer. What a major lack of integrity and no shame.
I paid my hard-earned money for a NEW pair of boots and I was delivered worn, used, horribly presented boots. What a disgrace!!!
I have contacted Customer Service because I want my money back and answers!!!
