Bad Quality

I've had this shoe for a little over 1 year. I probably only wore it 10 times max. And the heel broke off. What in the world? I called DSW and even though it is 1 month past the year mark, they couldn't do anything to help me. If you buy this shoe be prepared for the heel to brake off, even if you haven't worn it long. Will not buy this brand again. VERY BAD QUALITY and customer care.

Great look, low quality

Beautiful Brown Boot

The style and color of these is exactly what I’ve been looking for! I did have to size up so I could comfortably wear socks with them but they’re a really nice bootie.

Size up!

I'm a true 10 but I had to size up for a comfortable fit. The heel is a bit higher than I expected but they're so sleek and beautiful. I'll keep them as more of a going out shoe than an everyday work shoe.

Brown Booties

I’m glad I didn’t listen to the bad reviews about these boots. I’ve been needing a pair of brown boots and these are great! They are a bit stiff but it’s not too bad. Great sale price and they’re holding up well!

These boots are NOT made for walking.

Wore these for my birthday and received lots of compliments. They're really cute, but not very comfortable. Luckily, I didn't do a lot of standing or walking in them. I'll probably add some cushion insole. However, they were also uncomfortable around the ankle. Which surprised me since the back top part of the boot is stretchy.

Fell Apart On First Wear

I wore these shoes for about 2-3 hours and the heel fell off completely while I was at work. They are also super uncomfortable.

Looks Cute - Broke Too Quick

Bummed because I bought these for engagement pictures and after 4 wears the heel broke. These were quite expensive so I was super bummed they broke. Great shoe, cute and for the most part comfortable.
