I bought these two months ago and they have already fallen apart. I’ve tried to contact the manufacturer and DSW said they would not help. I would like to replace these but no one is willing to help.

Falling apart

I have had these shoes for only 4 months and the soles are cracked and falling off the shoe. I have worn them a normal amount, not excessively and not in extreme weather. I expect shoes to last longer than this. They didn't even last a full fall/winter season.

I was looking for a simple stacked boot to wear with jeans! I’m impressed! These are really comfortable. I added a cushioned shoe insert and they are perfect! I was able to wear them all day and not have any “new shoe” soreness!
