Heel slips out

Shoe was very loose in the back, my heel slipped out when walking. The size was good, if I went down a 1/2 size it would have been too short in the toe area.

These shoes are not only stylish but comfortable too. I usually have to buy inserts for my hard bottom shoes, but with these the inserts are already cushioned. I wish I would’ve
