Wide Width is Questionable

Let me start by saying that I always buy normal width shoes. These cute sandals kept popping up on my timeline. Maybe because I'm a woman over 50?? Who knows. Anyway, they were a great price and I saw that they only had Wide in my size. I was hesitant purchasing because they were Final Sale. The last time I remember trying on some wide shoes, they were floppy as they were too big.
After reading reviews about the shoes not being as wide as they should be, I went ahead and ordered them. To my surprise, the reviews are correct! They do not seem to be Wide at all. It makes me wonder how the regular width actually fit. So if you have average width feet, go ahead and buy the Wide shoes!!

Purchased sz 8W- Good quality, however I am not happy with the toe strap, which is too snug for a wide shoe.

The sandals look so great. I ordered them in a wide. And guess what? They’re not wide at all. And it’s the final sale no returns. so I am donating them and canceling my account with Life stride.

I bought my first pair of Lifestride shoes a week ago in store and I had Google the brand because they were so comfortable, I'm so glad I did because I came across the actual website but now I'm hooked on this brand their so comfortable and even come in size WIDE which I need because I have edema.
