Cute and Comfortable, But Strong Chemical Odor

Very cute and comfortable shoes. My only complaint is that they had a strong chemical odor that quickly took over my closet. I left them outside for a couple of nights to air out, which helped quite a bit. There’s still a slight odor, but it continues to fade over time. Other than that, I’m happy with them.

Arrived With Right Shoe damaged!

The ones at store had damage so I ordered.
Now the one shipped had a different type of damage! Doesn’t anyone LOOK AT SHOES(!!!) BEFORE boxing or shipping?!
Whatever happened to “company pride” ?
Just sloppy workmanship.
Slopping inventory check.
Slopping shipping.
At least three people or more had an opportunity to stop this box before it reached me!
Do they think that people want a shoe that can’t be worn?
Love these sandals because they can be adjusted for high instep and very high arch using the strong velcro.
