Very dissappointed! But a gorgeous bag!

I received this beautiful handbag in the mail, in FedEx wrapping; no box, just the purse jammed in a plastic bag. It is a structured handbag, which could have easily been crushed in shipping. In addition, the bag had glue on it that I could not remove and no tags of any kind. The glue looked like it came from a clearance sticker. I called in and the representative placed a replacement order. Hopefully, the replacement is better.
