    I bought these for my daughter to wear to work. She is a size 8 medium, and that is what I ordered. These run really wide. They fell off of her feet when she walked. I tried them on also, I'm an 8-1/2 medium, also super wide on me and slipped off as I walked. Maybe going down a size would work as they seemed to run big in both size and width, but I ended up returning and ordered something different. If you have wide feet these would probably be great as they did seem pretty comfortable.
