Weird clicking in one heal

Shoes are beautiful and comfortable. Can dress up or down, dark or light clothes. The heals must have some comfort thing in them because one of the heals gives a loud click when you walk in it. And just on higher carpet, not hard floors or very low carpet. And also you can press on the heal with your hands and it will spring and click. Weird.
