Kelly & Katie Summer Vibes Square Scarf

I had some bonus & birthday reward money to use. I saw this scarf & really liked the design so I bought at a good discount. I found the beachy/tropical pictures would make for a great accessory for those Caribbean trips. Unfortunately other than the design this scarf is of very poor quality very cheap. This can't be a Kelly & Katie item. The material is a satin finish not sure what they meant by "textile" on description. The material is so low cost that the design is only on 1 side the other side is white/blank. The size is incorrect on the description it says 24x48 but this is a square scarf so its only 24x24. I had hoped that if the size was what indicated I could at least use as a belt on some summer pants but no way it will wrap all the way around my waist. In addition, there isn't even a tag attached to the scarf that indicates brand "Kelly&Katie" or washing instructions. There is just a small hem around the scarf very cheap poor quality. At most I can use to tie to a beach bag as a decoration. Not worth returning based on what I paid but would not waste my money and buy again.
