These are great for every day use. They are soft and comfortable and they don't pull on your hair. I'm a brunette, so I got the brown/black combination and they are perfect. There are a lot in the pack so I shared a few with my daughter.

I recently tried Tues hair ties and really like them. Similar to the coiled/spiral plastic ties they hold well, are gentle on your hair and only leave slight dents.
