Black flats

Ordered online based on reviews, but will be returning. The spot where the bow is attached was digging into my heel upon trying them on. Attempting to walk was uncomfortable. I also noticed the sides of the shoe gape out and the tan inside lining is visible, which looks strange. I ordered regular width but they appear to be wide width based on the extra space. I’m guessing they run wide?

I got these for work and they are comfortable. The bow in the back is fun and cute. It is hard to find cute comfortable shoes in a larger size and these are.
