One night, less than an hour, and my toes are filled with blisters. They fit in the store but unsuitable for long wear. Due to the return policy I’m unable to return or exchange for a wider or bigger size. What a shame.

My daughter just bought these pumps in black for her graduation ceremony. They are comfortable to wear all day. They are beautiful, elegant, cute and stylish. She loves them and these shoes worth the price.

I cannot walk in heels. I've started wearing a block heel with boots and have gotten used to that but still struggle with a thinner heel. But these are so easy to walk in and so comfortable. I bought a similar pair from Jessica Simpson and had to return them because I didn't feel confident walking in them and happened to try these on while I was in the store and was amazed at how comfortable they were and how easy they were to walk in. They're exactly what I was looking for with a pointed toe sling back kitten heel. Very classy and versatile - can be worn with jeans or a dress. Highly recommend for heel noobs who still want the cute look.

I ordered two sizes online, 6.5 and 7, because those sizes were unavailable in the store. Although the shoes arrived quickly, they were clearly used. I believe they had been returned by a previous customer and then shipped to me. When I went to the store to ask if I could order a new pair with expedited shipping, I was told no. Since I bought these specifically for my graduation, I had no choice but to keep the used pair they sent. I am very disappointed; I have always loved DSW shoes and previously only shopped in-store. This was my first time ordering online, and it was a poor experience.

I brought these about two weeks ago in Nude patent leather. It's hard to find dressy shoes in Wides. They are very comfortable and stylish with the heel height just right. Planning to also get in Black Patent leather. Wish it came in more colors.

So nice to find Wide heels that are not too high but still flattering- I don't have a super wide foot but the W works best for me in heels. I've worn the black often and they look good as new- I just ordered the nude. Great price point and quality. They look great dressed up and at the office.
