Buyer beware for used shoes

I got these on clearance price for $35 and the first pair I received there was cat hair inside and the soles were dirty, I had a replacement sent and somehow the replacement pair were dirtier than the initial pair that I got. I am confused and baffled as to why DSW is sending out used pairs of shoes, where is the quality control!? This is from your Livonia Michigan warehouse.

I love leopard print shoes. These look cute on. I took off one star as there is a little roughness inside the seams which bother me unless I wear socks.
