Cancelled My Order Without Telling Me

I ordered these 2 weeks ago for a wedding that’s THIS WEEK. I’ve been waiting for these to come and they’ve said “processing” for some time. Now all of a sudden it’s claiming it was “cancelled” the day after I ordered… this is not okay as I don’t have shoes for a wedding now.

I bought these in the chocolate brown suede. They are very cute, love the color and they fit true to size. They are a little higher heel than I normally wear. Little uncomfortable the first few times wearing, but hoping they break in over time.
