Keen Seanik H2 Sandal - Men's

Poorly constructed with sharp protruding seams that rub the top of your feet (to the point of causing sores), tongue that fails to say in place, and fatigue-causing lightweight soles. Bad product.

I'm pleasantly surprised with this shoe. I wanted lightweight and low-ish profile to wear in a pool, around a pool, and while being around water because of a foot injury. I've tried water shoes and they have no support and feel "plasticy" when walking. These shoes have a thinner footbed but with some support. I wouldn't use these when walking the dogs or on any serious activity like I would the Newport, but for what I needed they did the job. This includes a three-hour session washing the cars and a few hours immersed in a pool, not just being around it. I was afraid that when I got out and dried off the shoes would be slippery to walk in but they drained quickly, were still damp, but I walked around and didn't slip -- either on pavement or tile on my foot in the footbed. I'll see how they hold up over the summer next.

I feel a little mislead. . . . While these shoes are definitely "lightweight", my issue with them is that the entire sole seems to be made of a lightweight foam material. I've only used them to walk my dogs in my neighborhood, on normal sidewalks, and the soles are completely worn out. From the top, they look and feel brand new. . . but underneath they look like I ran an ultra-marathon across the desert in them. Now I'm left with a pair of month-old, useless sandals. A simple, thin slice of rubber could have prevented this unfortunate situation, as these shoes are not cheap. This is NOT what I've come to expect from Keen. I'm pretty bummed out by choosing this style of sandal; I would have spent my money on a different pair of Keens if I'd known these were made this way.

Very happy to try something new from Keen and this fits my need,I was looking for something light and comfortable to wear on my boat. I bass fish in tournaments and stand for close to 8 hours and flip flops dont cut it anymore. I'm hopping this will be my go to for on and off the water!
