    I bought my first pair of these 18 years ago and this year they wore out. I like that I can just slip them on for a quick trip outside and they are comfortable. Hopefully I’ll get many years of use from the new pair.

    I have a wide (C/D) for and sometimes it's hard for me to get my foot into shoes. These fit perfectly once they're on my feet -- plenty of room in the toe box. . . however I have to use a shoe horn to slip them on. Not a big deal for me, but I definitely cannot step into them for a quick trip to the mailbox. They're still new, so the goring may loosen over time.

    This is a good easy shoe to slip on for gardening work etc. I made the mistake of hiking in a pair for 4 hours. My feet were very sorry. Buy it for ease of on and off and for using around the house.

    The footbed doesn't contain the same cushioning, arch support or wider forefoot as other Kern shoes I've worn so. this shoe didn't fit me correctly. Nice shoe though.

    Runs large. I take a size 9, the shoe fits like a size 10. Definitely will be wearing my wool socks.
