Brought these are a Mother’s Day gift for my mom. She had been searching for a lightweight pair of white sneakers for vacation. They fit her perfectly.

My Number One Shoe
I have boughten about 20 pairs of the standard white pair in the past 8 years. I love them in so many ways. They are my typical street shoe. I think because they feel a bit like a ballerina slipper, or have next to nothing on my feet, but some grip that naturally loosens and molds over time, and a subtle point. I am always so sad when Keds website doesn't have my size because I would rather buy from the company directly. But, I do love them :)
They have slightly widen in ways I believe; maybe the clients' needs, so not as fitting for myself in the last few I have boughten. I always wear them dancing though for the reasons I expressed.

Dont like the removable insert

I have been wearing Keds champion sneakers for decades. I just received 2 pair with a different removable insert which is not as comfortable as the usual one. Its not soft and comfortable.

Needs improvement

Got this in a 10 wide. Still very tight across forefoot. If you're going to make a wide, then make it actually wide. Not kind of wide. Also, they are very shallow. Meaning if your foot is on the high side vertically, or " thick" it will feel like most of your foot is a bit out around the ankle towards the heel or the sneaker is going to slip off. I purchased these because I wore them when I was younger & because I hate the thick, special needs looking platforms sneakers have now. I can't feel the ground & throws my balance off.

Please Bring Back the Quality Keds Used to Have
a month ago
I’ve worn Keds for years, so I immediately noticed the change in the new insoles. The older pairs had that classic Keds feeling — snug, soft, cozy, and supportive in a simple way. The new insole feels plasticky, loose, and honestly out of place for this brand. It technically “fits” inside the shoe, but the quality just isn’t there.
Keds isn’t Vans or Converse. The whole appeal of Keds has always been the comfort, the lightness, and that warm, broken‑in feel right out of the box. This new insole takes that away completely. It makes the shoe feel cheaper and less thoughtful, like comfort and customer experience were traded for cost‑cutting.
Customers shouldn’t have to put up with a downgrade like this, especially from a brand known for its simplicity and comfort. I really hope Keds listens, because the older design was perfect — and the new one doesn’t live up to what made this brand special.
The old style footed I would give 5 stars with the Blue and White Logo not solid blue
