Two Right Feet??!!

Loved this minimalist sneaker out of the box, tried one on, fit well so, decided to keep. When I went to wear them a week later, found I was sent two right feet??!! Called to reorder/ return. Nothing but a hassle: first call was told I’d have to return, wait for credit then reorder. When I asked why they could not reorder and send right away, the person hung up on me. When I called back, the new person said no problem to reorder right away, because wrong item received. Now, happy since sneaker size in stock. However, just checked my order status and no order found! DSW has deteriorated when it comes to customer service. Now, a third call is needed. Just not worth the time and effort. Will go elsewhere!
