Daughter Didn’t Like

My daughter wasn’t thrilled with the style or the fit of these shoes. She didn’t care for the two toned look and felt they ran a little large.

At Long Last ...!

I love these slingbacks. For years, I've been looking for a pair with adjustable ankle straps in the beige color with a cream/ off white toe cap. Finally found them. They can be wiped clean, they fit well/ true to size. I purchased them in a size 11 medium so I have extra space to wear them with socks, tights during the colder months. I love them.

Cheap And Online Service Sucks!

Your online service is absolutely embarrassing. There’s a lot lost in translation, like common courtesy, hearing the customer out, believing the customer (especially after I spent $800 on shoes in the last month). I don’t know how they would know who the 3 people I spoke to were, but they need to be fired. Especially the man called manager. Buy in person. The store one hour from my home has good normal customer service demeanor. Online, you will waste hours waiting then hours trying to explain your situation over and over and over and over because they simply don’t understand what’s lost in translation. Shoe sucks. Looks so cheap. Feels horrible
