The shoes I received look different than the ones pictured online. The toe is square, as opposed to the slant shown in the picture. It makes them look much more boxy than I wanted. They will be getting returned.

These are cute and I believe they will be comfortable for all day wear however, I was expecting these to be a version of red-they are not-they are Tx Longhorn burnt orange. If that’s what you’re looking for-then u r in luck. Removed 1 star as the true color is not well represented in the pics.

I needed a color for work that goes with everything and is a closed toed shoe for the Spring. The patent taupe is perfect!! I wore them for about 6 hours and they were fine. Not super comfortable but I did not have any pain. I wouldn’t wear them if you are on your feet all day. Love the style and true to size.

What is going on here? Did a store actually ship shoes to a customer in this condition? Am I supposed to clean up these shoes myself and hope for the best? Not to mention all the mess that fell out of the package all over my floor. Someone at the shipping store should get some serious training please.

I bought this shoe in the dark brown shade - out of the box, onto my foot and out the door for the next 12 hours and my feet were comfortable! I've worn them with a brown slack for work, with a pair of jeans to a movie and could easily wear them with a skirt/suit. Good height, good material and the block heel makes them even more comfortable. I just wish Journey would use a conventional shoe box - I keep all my shoes in their box for ease of deciding which pair I want to wear at the time. ONLY COMPLAINT

I bought one pair in black, my usual size (9), medium width. I can't speak to comfort level, as I haven't worn them all day yet. Just standing in them while trying them on, they're not super comfortable. But they probably just need to be broken in. In terms of style, these are the perfect professional shoes! I also got the taupe color in size 9, but wide width. Maybe the wider width will be more comfortable. They look good though.

I was under the impression that these shoes were real patent leather which I ordered in a half size larger than I normally wear! They are constructed from man-made material in China with a cheap hard plastic heel that is slippery on the floor! The shoe is extremely hard & tight around the back of the heel! Absolutely terrible fitting shoes for the price!!

Really comfortable. Good heel height. The navy is navy and not a weird blue. I have a wide foot and a high instep. They fit true to size.
