Quality Control Issue?
These appeared nice online, like most things, and they were packaged well and shipped NIB, which is very unusual for DSW! However, the pair I received looked like it was passed over in the QC department because the uppers are not perfectly glued to the soles on both left and right shoe. Not only does it make them look cheap, I am worried they may detach after wearing because they are very stiff and clunky. The shoe itself seems a bit narrow and smaller than I would have liked. Also worth noting, is that the insoles are NOT removable so if you’re like me and always insert better quality ones in your shoes, you’re going to have to tear out the permanently glued-in ones, or buy an even bigger size to fit some on top of the existing ones. I’ll be returning but may consider trying a larger size if they appear better made.

Came in the mail today. The box doesn’t have a lid and is badly damaged and torn. The boots also came in two different sizes.

Cute & Comfy
I ordered the pink boot. It's true to size and beautiful right out the box. Wore them on Thanksgiving. Glad I got the sale price. A fun color and very comfortable.

Rugged and cute
New winter and spring go to color. I usually wear size 8 but in these it was snug and hard to get on/off. 8.5 is the right size, comfortable with thick socks and easy to get on/off. Have only worn them long enough to try on but they feel fine. Hopefully this is the case once I actually wear them.

Exceeded expectations!
I was looking for a comfortable warm boot to wear to a sporting event, so I googled comfortable booties. When the shoes arrived, they were not only beautiful but far exceeded my expectations in the comfort department! We walked everywhere in Charlotte and my feet never ached once. I purchased them in black and have received many compliments. I personally found them to be true to size. You can’t go wrong with these!

Cool boot but..,
Really cool boot but the toe box is very narrow and I actually have narrow feet, so I recommend sizing half a size up or ordering the wide if your feet are not super skinny
