I purchased these boots back in September, but because I’m in Texas and the weather has only recently gotten cold, I hadn’t been able to wear them until now. I was excited to finally try them on, but unfortunately I discovered that the zipper is broken. This makes the boots very difficult to wear, and I was disappointed to realize the defect on first use.
I would like to request an exchange or refund, but I was informed that returns require the original packaging, which I’m unable to locate at this time. Given that the item is defective and has not been worn, I’m hoping an exception can be made. I would really appreciate the opportunity to return or exchange these boots for a functioning pair.

Nice Boots
I was a little disappointed at first the color is not as bright red as the picture but then I decided I like the darker red even more. They compliment many of my outfits

Good Looking Boot
I bought my size but it was tight so I had to go up a size. It did not come in 10.5 so I had to go to 11. It fits with socks.

Not worth it in the long run
Bought these hoping to find a good priced alternative to a more expensive, full leather upper pair that was similar. Looked great for 3 wears, and then the heel on BOTH boots broke (lifted off the sole and tilted forward) within 20 minutes of each other. Very disappointed in the quality as I was hoping for a pair that would last me. Do not recommend these if you are looking for boots you'd like to maintain for more than a few wears.

Gorgeous but wide calf
This is a beautiful boot that is cranberry “wine” red in hue. Unfortunately it runs very large in the calf and I will need to return it. Usually I have seen this much extra width only in footwear branded for wide-leg or similar.

The material is little tough, color is pretty and not too bright (red) little concern if the surface will crack as synthetic material typically does.
