I received used items. I can tell the shoes have been worn because there is a crease in the top of one and a scuff on the other. I contemplated sending them back, but the only thing that stopped me was my daughter. She really wanted these shoes, and she said that the damage wasn't really an issue. I already sent one pair back because of size and she didn't want to wait any longer. I usually have no issues with DSW, but this surprised and disappointed me. Other than that, she really liked shoes and that they came in wide sizes.

literal garbage and worse customer service
Broke 30 mins into my shift and have emailed customer service twice in the past couple of weeks and have been ignored. Don't bother buying anything from this company.

Fell Apart at 5 Months
Loved until the 5 month mark when they fell apart. The shoe came out of the sole and the sole cracked and broke. I wore them to work most days, never in wet or extreme conditions. I work an office job so I'm sitting most of the day. Huge disappointment that they didn't last very long. While I had them they fit well and felt good on my feet, but this doesn't work for a work shoe. They are very cute, I got a lot of compliments, and the texture is nice for being easy to clean even when scuffed, but obviously the breaking down is the main problem.

I got these shoes for Christmas, and I love the color. The mulberry wine color is beautiful, and it complements some of my outfits well.These are comfortable and true to size. They are versatile too; dress them up for work, or dress them down too. I would recommend them. However, the only aspect of them that I dislike is the real buckle. I would prefer velcro that one cannot see that looks as if it had a real buckle. I have a black pair that looks great like this. That is why I took off one star. It's just harder for me to get them on with bad rheumatoid arthritis in my hands. I would have never thought much about this buckle until I was recently diagnosed with this awful autoimmune disease.

Mary Jane Shoes
My daughter tried on the shoes, and they are cute. It seemed to run a little big, so I'm just going to put an insert in her shoes. As far as comfort, she has not worn them out yet. She only tried on around the house, so I hope they will be ok.

Made of thin terrible sharp material, my foot wouldn't even enter the shoe it's not wide enough. So dangerously uncomfortable I don't know who would willingly wear this

Terrible for fat wide feet
I bought these shoes a month ago and they have been so painful. I have wide fat feet And these just feel like standard width. The part of the shoe with the stitching is the most painful part. They are so painful and I had to use a shoe Stretcher to make them more wider. they have left my feet with such red scratches and scars. if I don't wear socks with them the pain will be even more intense. so sorry I can't return these shoes.

Super Cute But Cheap Feeling Material
I got the maroon and absolutely love how they look. I got my usual size 8M but they feel slightly long but not enough to down a half a size, width is nice. The material is also kinda cheap feeling and very stiff making the heel uncomfortable. If only these were real leather, they’d be perfection. I’m keeping them because they look so good on and I figure I’ll be able to break them in and correct the heel issue with some moleskin.
