Comfortable boots, DSW ships used items

Boots are extremely comfortable and can wear for hours without achy feet afterward. I ordered wide width and standard width for foot room. DSW did send used boots from their Returns center in NJ for one of the sizes. As another review said, the box is missing a lid or is all broken. They also had hair on them. The other box was brand new and had plastic wrap around it and came with the stuffing and paper to keep the boot shape. Recommend these boots for comfort.
