Love the shoes not the shipping

Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of how DSW packaged these. They are so lucky these were not damaged. There was no lid to the box so no way to protect the shoes.
Love the shoes but unsure why this was shipped so poorly.

Just purchased these and love them. The color is great and they are super comfortable! Quality is nice. True to size, I wear a 7.5 to an 8, depending on the brand. I purchased an 8 and they are perfect.

So comfy! I think they're true to size, great color and quality. Just got mine in the mail and can't wait to wear them out on and about, was testing them inside my house to make sure they're comfortable, you can tell pretty quickly. The 2.5 heel doesn't feel high to me at all, super stable and the boot overall just exceeded my expectations. I don't have wide feet, mine are narrow, so can't speak to that part. Hope you enjoy too!
