Disappointed

I ordered this shoe several weeks ago, and the shipping took forever. Additionally, once I received the order, one shoe was a size 6 1/2 and the other shoe was a size 7 1/2. Very disappointed. I called customer service who then told me that the 6 1/2 was out of stock; therefore, I could not exchange it. When I look online, it still allows me to order a 6 1/2, which is deceiving if it is no longer in stock. This means the customer would need to call DSW to make sure their size is in stock before ordering, because the website is not accurate. Unpleasant experience with a seasoned company who should currently have efficient processes in place.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Good alternative

Don’t expect this shoe to hold up over time but the price is great for occasional wear. By comparison Kelsi Dagger shoe is leather, more support and should hold its shape. Journee shoe gaps on sides. It fits slightly more snug in length and width than KD.

These are very comfortable out of the box. The oxblood is a purplish/maroon. They are a little stretchy so they are almost like wearing a slipper. Haven't worn outside yet.
