Cute shoe, but my heel slips

I purchased the shoe about 2 weeks ago and ordered my usual size. •Pros- style, comfortable toe box •Cons- heels slips badly and I don't typically have this issue, I couldn't size down because it's unavailable & may make the toe box too small (a strap may work better for this style); company doesn't seem to have quality control checks •I purchased some heel liners; I hope they work.
