Cute But Tight
Bought these because I liked other heels from this brand. It’s somewhat comfortable but is definitely not true to size. Order at least a half size up.

Cute, but tight
I like the style of this pump. It’s a bit tight, and I know it will give with wear. Not true too size, and not so comfy. I should have ordered a half size/whole size bigger.

Sexy red shoe

Pretty but too narrow
Runs small. I have a wide foot but can typically use regular 11 heels/pumps. These were too narrow and created a fold in the shoe., the part that hugs the side palm of the foot. So pretty though, sad I have to return.

A wide shoe that’s still pretty
A true wide but still sexy shoe! I struggle to find shoes that fit my wide feet well, and still look pretty. I have found them with Journeys! They fit right, look great, and, aside from the normal ache of a full day of wearing heels, they don’t pinch or hurt my feet. Size 11w.

A Tiny Bit Too Small
Had to ship them back. They are a bit too small. Hopefully the new pair arrives in time for my event. Also, Amazon has the $25 cheaper with 2 day delivery. So, the bigger size I just ordered will also be returned since there was no way to cancel the order in the app. Pretty shoe though.

Love them!
These shoes are comfortable and look great on. They can be worn with conservative clothes or dressy ones. I'll definitely buy more in other colors.

Wanted To Love These But…
I wanted to love these heels, I had tried them on in store in beige and found them to comfortable enough for a high heel so I ordered them in red. However, the red is a very orange red, not a true red which is what I wanted. Also, the patent finish had a weird, dull patchy film that didn’t buff out even with a chamois cloth, so they didn’t have the high shine that a patent shoe should have. They do run a little small, I usually wear a 9 or 9.5 in a closed toe stiletto heel and I needed a 10 in this shoe. Normal feeling width with adjustable buckles to customize the fit.

Cute shoes bad shipping
Box was open no cap and shoes were scratched and really tight as if they were size 7 and not 8 store assoc was kind to cancel item and tried to find another one but none available and 8.5 was too big

Pickup DISASTER
I ordered a few journey collection shoes, these and also in blue. I had the blue ones before but the heel broke but because I love these so much - when I saw them here I ordered them again. Upon my pickup, I was so excited, but quickly became disappointed as these were not the ones ready but the black Camber Sandals. I asked the cashier if she can put a note in the system to show that the information in the system was wrong for when I pick my Tru Pump - they will no that it was the other ones that was ready. However, DSW system does not all this. Please update your system. I ordered 6 pair of shoes on May 25th and it is now June 4th and I only received 3, one of which I had to return because they were sold as new but were clearly used… DSW WHAT IS GOING ON???

Feminine and Classy
I love these shoes. They're very dressy and pretty comfortable. I usually wear a 9B, but because of the pointed toe, I bought a 9 wide and they're perfect! The only negative I have is that it is a bit difficult to get the double straps connected. These heels make you feel feminine and classy wherever you are going!

So far, so good!
These arereally cute. I love the way they make my calves look. I haven't worn them yet. I see 2 reviews where the heel has torn so the jury is still out on how well they hold up.
