Substituted Color Sent

I ordered the red boots. I received an email stating my order was shipping later than promised. I figured they didn’t have a red pair available with the holidays around the corner, and expected to get a cancellation email. Instead I got an email stating my order had shipped. They sent me the wine color. I am not happy about this. Now I have to go out of my way to return the boots and I am not getting back what I paid (my return did not show that tax would be refunded). I am very disappointed.

Super Cute And Comfortable

Fits true to size but if you’re in between sizes, I recommend sizing up. The zipper can hit in a weird place but I wore higher socks and it was fine.

Great Boot

I purchased this boot by chance and I was happy I did. Eventhough the boot is synthetic leather, it has a great look and feel. When purchasing this brand, I always buy a half size up. It is super comfortable and I cannot wait to wear it.

Love These!

These shoes are so cute and look great with faux leather pants. They are true to size. The leather does not allow much ankle movement so slightly difficult on stairs. Overall would recommend!
