9W too big, 81/2W too small. Kind of weird, plastic. I tried several shoes in this brand and had the same issue.

Sent defective pair

Bummed that the buckle on one shoe is loose and jangles making a noise and the other shoe is fine. The real issue is I can re-order my size online but when I try to do the exchange through mail it says "Sold Out" - I got these on a VIP special and they can't honor that when repurchasing. I don't think they have this style at my nearest store for an exchange. Fit true to size.

Got lots of compliments on these but BE ADVISED they run almost a size too big, something I notice a lot with this brand. They tend to run large. Keep that in mind.
