Slight Discomfort

I like the style of the shoe, but the problem is that the holes in the strap are not distinct enough to be able to easily do when trying to wear the shoe

Already worn shoes

I ordered two pair in the mocha and tan in the same order. For whatever reason DSW shoes takes two weeks to arrive and rarely arrives as one package. I received the tan shoes first and they had already been worn, the box was not even a box it was so damaged, and the box had no lid. This nit the first time this has happened; however, this is the first time I’ve written a review. I contacted customer service who stated I would be sent a brand new pair that I have yet to receive and was given a $10 refund. I was also told I’d be given a 30% off of my next purchase that I have found has an expiration date. I have ordered dozens of pairs of shoes from DSW often times several pairs at once and to continue to receive products in this manner is unacceptable. If my experiences do not get better I will shop elsewhere.

Cute but runs big. I got my normal size but thought a wide would make them more comfortable. It did not.
