Features Need Improving

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent purchase I made on your website. I ordered a pair of shoes that looked appealing and even opted for a size larger due to the Medium width description. Upon receiving the shoes, I was disappointed to find that there was no zipper on the shoe, making it difficult to put on.
Furthermore, the ankle portion of the shoe was so tight that even with the lack of a zipper, I was unable to wear the shoe due to my slightly thicker ankles. This unforeseen issue significantly impacted my experience with the product, leading me to return it.
I believe that the absence of a zipper on a shoe with a tight ankle fit should have been highlighted in the product description to manage customer expectations. As a customer, it is important for me to feel confident in the products I purchase from your store.
I hope that this feedback can be taken into consideration to improve the accuracy of product descriptions and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions in the future.

Cute boots, but run very small

These are so cute and perfect if you have a wide calf, however they are EXTREMELY small. I ordered a size up and they still did not fit. I have other Journee shoes and the fit perfect, but for some reason they do not run on the same sizing. I'm disappointed because I ordered a 12 so there is no size up that I can try. I would not waste your time if you can't order two sized up from your regular size.
