Classic Heel

Super comfy! The back of the shoe was really soft and didn’t cause any blisters. My toes didn’t hurt at the end of the wedding from being compressed but was able to dance for hours on my first time wearing them! Looking forward to wearing them to my next event

I bought this shoe as a last minute addition to a costume for a party. Didn't really expect much. I have arthritis in m big toe, but I wore these shoes for 4 hours and didn't even know I had them on! Very comfortable as they don't come close to the large toe joint. I'll also say that they looked much cuter on the foot than I expected. Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase and might even get them in a second color!

8 days after receiving an email that my order shipped my tracking info still said awaiting carrier pickup. Emailed customer service who offered me a replacement after marking my order lost, however, when I accepted they told me the sneaker was no longer available (I ordered heels) in an email containing 2 different order numbers that were not mine. I waited an hour on hold for customer service only for them to tell me all they could do was refund me in 7 days. They also offered me 30% off any order I placed over the phone in the future. After how difficult my customer service phone experience was I will not be utilizing that discount and it is unlikely I will order from DSW in the future. I attempted to reorder the same pair of shoes as I needed them for a wedding coming up but the price has been jacked up since I placed my original order. Overall just terrible customer service for a package that the company lost.

Sooooo Comfortable!!

I bought these to wear for my friends wedding. I wanted something I could feel secure and comfortable yet still stylish and cute, that would allow me to keep dancing the whole night. I tried these on and walked around the house for a bit and they're so comfortable! Much more than I expected! The soles are thin and easily bendable, so I don't expect them to last forever, but to wear for special occasions where I need my feet to last hours on end, I think these will do the trick.

Not Wide for wide width

I purchased a Wide but the toe Front cuts into the foot. I wore it in the house walking around the standing while cooking but after 30 mins I had to remove it as it was pinching my toe area.
