They are obviously well-made and feel good. The red, white, and blue looks sharp and I get compliments on them, something which has never happened with any other shoes.

Great boat shoe. Others have suggested buying a smaller size than your usual but I did that and had to return it for the same shoe size as all my other Johnston and Murphy shoes. I would suggest buying your usual shoe size. These are great because they can lace up tighter if wearing without socks and can be looser with socks.
