Runs large/missing eyelets

First time I ordered I got my usual size but they were too big. So I returned them and reordered a smaller size. I got the new pair and noticed they were missing eyelets or the metal rings on the right ankle strap. So now I’m returning once again and reordered a new pair. Hopefully there’s nothing wrong with these new once but we’ll see.

Super cute, horrid feel

I've worn these 3 times so not sure if it's enough for a review. I've been searching for a cut mary jane style platform and purchased based off of reviews.
They are horridly uncomfortable, unfortunately. Sizing is fine, but they are very stiff, despite me using the double sock method to break them in.the toe box is horridly hard and uncomfortable!
The straps are also badly made. And why is it that nearly every 'alternative' shoe style decide to use the worst buckle and strap hole combo ever?! It's so difficult to buckle the straps into the correct hole and the metal rivet holes are so thick and bulky, it's difficult to pull them through the buckle. The tiny metal piece that goes into the hole is so so small, that once you pull enough to get it strapped, it comes out of the hole when you have to bend the strap to pull it through the next part. And this is for both straps!!!
I know they're platforms (and I have a big collection of platforms) but for the height, they're extremely clunky and stiff. I have Demonias taller and bulkier than this that have more give.
And lastly, no matter what you do to soften up the back part where it touches your ankle, give up. It will eat through your layers of bandaids, stockings and socks.
I don't understand the reviews saying they are comfortable lol.
My 2 stars are literally just for the vibe. They're really super cute and I hate how disgustingly uncomfortable they are.

its really good, very nice for a person that has a bit wider foot than average. just the straps material wears off after a couple of uses. Overall pretty good!
