As cute as the shoe is, it is incredibly uncomfortable. There is no "give" with the material/straps. I have many JS shoes and this is the first time it's been uncomfortable. They could not be worn very long (a couple of hours max). I'll keep them for times of limited walking or (no) standing.

Not very comfortable. I bought 2 colors and hesitate to wear them. Normally wedges are a good bet but these make me feel wobbly. I’ve waited too long to return them so I’ll manage.

I was excited when I received notification that these sandals were delivered and immediately tried them on when I got home! There’s a bit of pinching on the pinky toe which I can see causing an issue with prolonged walking/standing but that wasn’t the biggest issue. When I went to place the shoes in my closet I noticed the heels and bottoms were worn!!!! I will be calling customer service tomorrow to discuss a store credit or refund because I, unfortunately, broke down the box before noticing the issue.

Love the colors in the raffia -- perfect for spring or summer. Pinches a little by my small toe, but I'm hoping that will get better with wear. Otherwise they're very comfortable for such a high heel. Love the added height that it gives me.

Shoe looks good but is extremely tight at the toes. I'm usually a 6.5/7 shoe size. These unfortunately cramped my toes and pinching even sitting down. I wore it for a few hours hoping it would stretch it a little bit but somehow as the day progressed the sandals got more and more uncomfortable since your feet tends to swell up towards the end of the day. I work a desk job and by mid day I took the shoes off and switched into my flats. I have owned Jessica Simpson shoes in the past and was a big fan of her collection. But off late I have been very disappointed by the quality and fit. Something has changed in the manufacturing and it's not doing the brand name any favors. I have resisted the urge of writing a review of the recent purchases and returns because I genuinely hoped it was a temporary phase of poor production. These shoes however were the tipping point for sure! Unfortunately I will be steering clear of the JS shoes going forward.
