The shoes are beautiful, but why DSW sent me a pair on clearance, with scratches. I have paid the whole price for shoes without any defects. So not professional and no respect to the customer! The green sticker means this pair of shoes have 40% discount, the were displayed in the store, have some scratches inside. I was a long time customer, did not expect this kind of thing.

The shoes are quite comfy for being high heeled pumps however these shoes are VERY shiny. I got the navy bluish ones but they almost looked black and the material of the shoe looked more suited for a formal evening event more than say- office wear. I had to return them...way too sheer.
