Did I Just Received User Product?

Apparently I received a pair of used shoes. There was hair found inside of shoe and also the bottom of the shoe shows wear. And multiple nicks in the shoe. I am so mad. Come on DSW! You guys can do better than this. I am afraid to say that you guys have lost a customer.

Comfy And Love The Chunky Heel

These are super comfy, the fit is good. I sized up from a 5-1/2 to a 6 because of reviews. They could maybe be a tad smaller but I can always use a little insert. But I did wear them and they didn’t fall off, they were comfy and I love the chunky heel.

Very tight

I wear heels often and purchased these for a winter wedding. I read the reviews that stated the shoes were a little tight if you had wide feet. I have pretty narrow feet and I’m normally a size 7 1/2 so with purchasing an 8 I thought I’d be in the clear. Boy, was I wrong. While these shoes look great, they are incredibly painful to wear. After a night of socializing and dancing, my feet are cut up and throbbing. If you have an event where you’ll be on your feet for long periods, I would not suggest buying these.

Decent but too clunky

The shoe paired well with some dress pants that I wore but overall the shoes were really clunky. I’m not sure if I was expecting them to be a little bit more lightweight but they’re not. Additionally, it may be best to size up because they do fit tight like a glove.
