Apparently I received a pair of used shoes. There was hair found inside of shoe and also the bottom of the shoe shows wear. And multiple nicks in the shoe. I am so mad. Come on DSW! You guys can do better than this. I am afraid to say that you guys have lost a customer.

I bought these for a wedding and while they were so adorable I can honestly say that I will not wear them again. So uncomfortable and caused blisters on my toes.
