Shoes look worn

Shoes look worn. Dark marks on bottoms of shoes and ankle straps look stretched out. Who packs these shoes to go out to customers? Do they not see? And the boxes are too often smashed up! This is becoming an ongoing issue when I order. i am fairly new to DSW and this is so disappointing.

I got these for my wedding shoes. While adorable, the beads are misplaced a lot of the spots & some are just all together missing. sad.

Unfortunately these are going to be a return for me. I love how they look, the pearl detail is so pretty, but they’re pretty uncomfortable and I couldn’t imagine being able to wear them for as long as I’d need to without my feet killing me. Super cute, but not for me.
