They pinch a little on the side where the rhinestone band comes around. However, when you walk, they move & your foot slides off the edge so your heel is half on & half off the shoe. I do NOT issues with my feet & I can buy shoes anywhere & be fine, but not with these. I've had this happen once before with slides I purchased from DSW. The shoe design is bad. Had to return them.
