Worked in Women's Shoes

I am a woman who wears size 9 (regular width) in women's shoes, and these men's insoles fit in my gardening boots and have helped with plantar fasciitis. I liked these insoles so much that I bought another pair for my running shoes. I did not have to trim theses insoles to get them to fit.

ideal insert

this is the standard for those with bad feet. you don't need to trim these to size. they work very well. the price is nice
