The handle arrived broken on one side. It is attached plastic rather than a metal screw. I returned the jug and DSW credited without too much of a problem but DSW shouldn’t carry this item. I bought a Stanley and couldn’t be happier.

Love the bottle! Does get dirty on the outside easy and I think my dishwasher stained the lid from heat after the first wash on the top rack which is unfortunate but love the bottle!

I love my hydro jug, but was super disappointed how fast the rubber part on the lid stained )': I think I had pen or marker on my hands and nothing I've tried will get it off. I'd recommend a darker color if you're on the go like me (:
