Scammers

I will never purchase anything from DSW again! I returned these shoes because they arrived used. In addition, they were very uncomfortable. Next thing you know, DSW automatically shipped out a replacement when I never authorized it. They kept my refund until I sent the replacement shoes back. I also had to request the refund!! This who situation was a big inconvenience and they wouldn’t return my money until they got the shoes back that I never even ordered in the first place. They are crooks!

Loved these, but not a good fit for me.
