Nice, but not quite what I was looking for

These are well made boots. Nice and tall, hits just below the knee (I'm 5'8"). My calf is 15 inches so I was unsure and ordered the wide calf - not needed, the wide calf was too wide. The wide calf option also comes as wide width. I'm not truly wide width and this wide width did seem to run small in width, they felt almost standard M width. Since I wanted more of a snow boot, I did not reorder the standard calf. However I do recommend them as they look good. Hope they work for you!

Finally found a boot that fits!

Finally found a boot that fits. These don't appear to be leather and suede, though, no leather smell and "suede" has a stretch to it (which helps to make it fit). Overall, very happy with purchase, nice brown color, looks well made, slightly padded foot bed.

Run small

The look and style of these boots are exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately they run small so I exchanged for a different size. When I got the new pair, there was something wrong with the back heel part that dug into my heel. So I returned them. Very bummed.
