Quality isn’t great
I just received these. The price point was pretty low but they looked nice online. Once I received them I pulled them out of the box and they have some scuffs. They look nice on the outside and are true to size,however they are very uncomfortable and cheap on the inside. They feel like cardboard and I are stiff and not comfortable. I don’t recommend these.

TERRIBLE
These shoes were received today looking like this and you can tell they were previously worned. Look at the zipper and the side and top of the shoe. There’s NO STAR for TERRIBLE!!

Comfy and Cute!!
I bought these boots at the clearance price, and they were well worth it! I was just in browsing and ran across these and they are so comfortable and light on the foot. Lately the boots I've bought was heavy when you walk for length of time but not these. I went and bought the black as well, so comfy, goes with anything

Too Small
Booties are cute and I love the zipper in the back. But they are too small. I always wear an 8 in boots but these didn’t even zip up.

Basic style and versatility
Good basic bootie that fits well and looks sharp! I'm hard to fit for boots and booties due to having a high instep. I liked the look of this bootie and took a chance on it in black, with one return for a half size larger due to the instep issue. The larger size fit and I found it very comfortable in spite of the heel being higher than I would normally wear. I liked it so much that I subsequently ordered again in brown, given the basic style and ability to go well with a variety of clothing styles. I believe that the fit is true to size for most people, just likely necessary to order a little larger for high insteps like mine. Love this bootie in both colors!

Stylish, versatile short boot
Very versatile style of boot, I'm planning to wear in a cold climate to both casual dinners with jeans as well as with dressy slacks to a formal event. I tried on in store, and I'm so glad I did- they run a bit narrow, and I'd definitely recommend sizing up at least a half to a full size. I wear a 9 in most shoes, and I ordered these in a TEN. They *just* fit with normal socks, not even heavy wool ones. I also appreciate that the heel is blocky enough to be steady to walk in, and the tread underneath has a little grip to it in case there's icy conditions. The cushioning inside is soft, and comfortable like most of this brand, but don't expect a lot of arch support.

Love the look & the fit!
I purchased this black bootie about a month ago, after one return due to size. I have a high instep, which makes fitting boots and booties especially difficult. Once I had the correct size, I found this bootie to fit very snug & nicely. It has a great look & is quite comfortable! In fact, I was so pleased with it that I've now ordered the same bootie in brown. The initial exchange for size went surprisingly well - happened faster than I expected!

Cute and comfortable
Love these boots and bought both colors! They fit as exactly as described, bought them in my size and they fit great. The bottom on the boots are soft with a non slip material, so you walk quietly without the clicking noise heals normally make.

Perfect for fall/winter
These boots are very cute and comfortable! Perfect for the season. I bought a half size up so I have room for my socks but they seem to fit true to size
