Will Be Returning

I am extremely disappointed with the condition in which these Hunter Diana rain boots arrived. Upon opening the package, it was immediately apparent that the boots were not in new condition. They were visibly scuffed, dirty, and showed signs of prior wear, giving the impression that they had previously been owned or used. This is completely unacceptable, especially when purchasing an item advertised and sold as new. I expect better quality control and customer service from DSW. I hope the DSW team takes this feedback seriously and addresses this issue.
