Too big and no shape

I thought these were going to be wonderful, they are so cute. BUT, I should have sent them back because they have no shape about them and they are way too big and slip off my heels. I always wear a 9 and sometimes need to get a wide depending how the shoe is cut. I ordered these in a 9M and I probably could have an 8M. Be ware!!

Don't order online

Save yourself the time and don't order online. These shoes ran big, so I've had to down size and sent them back to return for a smaller size. The wait on the return is ridiculous.
