Shoes are great, DSW not so much

Great light weight pair of shoes but no arch support so don't expect to be able to walk all day in them. I do wish Hey Dude made half sizes as a 7 feels slightly small but the 8 feels slightly big. After this experience, I do not plan on ordering shoes online with DSW again. Over the past year and a half, I've had issues with about half my orders whether it's receiving used shoes that someone else returned, taking 2 weeks to get orders (like with these shoes) when it should take 2 days with VIP elite, or inaccurate descriptions on their website. And when you return these items you lose any rewards you spent on them. Customer service does not seem to care either. Overall very poor experience. I have taken my business elsewhere and receive my orders in 2-3 days no problem.

Casual Perfection

I bought the chambray blue to add to my HeyDude collection. From the first pair, I was hooked on the comfort HeyDude shoes offer. They have lots of toe box room and some styles do come in wide widths. I love that they are washable and sturdy so no need to baby these shoes. I recommend them to everyone, particularly friends with bunions or wider feet.
Once people try them, they come back for more. Me, 8 pair and counting!

Such a light weight, comfortable shoe. I have a pair of every color. I love the variety of colors & styles. Washable too! I take the sole insert out, put a no show sock on it, put the sole back in & just change it like a sock, so convenient & easy. You can replace the insole even. I have done that w a pair already. They hold up well too!

This is my second pair of Hey Dudes. I have some feet issues and even thought they don’t have arch support, the cushion sole adds enough support. Recommend.
